Staff met with the Moller Ranch Homeowners Association to discuss increased <br /> assessments to meet their capital improvement requirements and are working towards <br /> a vote on the increased assessment before the end of 2016. <br /> With the assessment of two city-owned parcels, the City will pay $1,121.06 ($560.53 <br /> each). <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Staff provides general information to residents within the Lighting and Landscape <br /> Districts as a part of the public notice for confirmation of the Engineer's Report.
