Eighteenth 16.000 <br /> Nineteenth and above 16.667 <br /> Any employee, except a probationary, or regular part-time employee, may be allowed to <br /> incur a forty (40)hour deficit beyond the vacation leave credited to his/her account on <br /> his/her anniversary date. A probationary employee may incur a forty(40) hour deficit in <br /> vacation after six(6)months full time satisfactory service. <br /> 123 Vacation Allowance Regular Part-time Employees <br /> Regular part-time employees including job share employees provided they average <br /> between twenty(20)and twenty-nine (29) hours per week, shall accrue vacation with pay <br /> as follows: <br /> Years of Continuous Service Monthly Accrual Rate <br /> First through fourth 3.334 <br /> Fifth through ninth 5.000 <br /> Tenth through fourteenth 6.667 <br /> Fifteenth 7.000 <br /> Sixteenth 7.334 <br /> Seventeenth 7.667 <br /> Eighteenth 8.000 <br /> Nineteenth and above 8.335 <br /> Regular part-time employees including job share employees provided they average <br /> between thirty(30)through thirty-nine (39)hours per week, shall accrue vacation with <br /> pay as follows: <br /> Years of Continuous Service Monthly Accrual Rate <br /> First through fourth 5.000 <br /> Fifth through ninth 7.500 <br /> Tenth through fourteenth 10.000 <br /> Fifteenth 10.500 <br /> Sixteenth 11.000 <br /> Seventeenth 11.500 <br /> Eighteenth 12.000 <br /> Nineteenth and above 12.500 <br /> 12.4 Vacation Cap <br /> A. Vacation Cap <br /> The vacation cap is established at four hundred (400)hours. Thereafter, at any time an <br /> employee reaches four hundred(400) hours,the employee will cease accruing vacation <br /> until such time as the balance falls below the cap.
