Master Contract No.900973,Procurement Contract No.7485 <br /> EXHIBIT A-2 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES <br /> 1. City of Pleasanton (COP) will provide all of the staff and resources necessary to <br /> perform the daily, weekly and monthly tasks outlined in the this agreement. This <br /> includes all routine schedule infrastructure inspections, data monitoring, production <br /> meter reads, water sample collection and analysis, minor repairs and customer service <br /> requests. <br /> 2. All service capability are immediately scalable to expand to fulfill non-routine <br /> laboratory analyses, planed capital improvement projects, unplanned extraordinary <br /> emergency maintenance and expanded meter reading services. <br /> 3. COP average emergency personnel response time is sixty(60) minutes. <br /> 4. COP will be adding a one-half(1/2) full time equivalent(FTE) employee over the <br /> course of the contract to provide a primary resource for continuity of scheduled routine <br /> services, (i.e. fire flow tests,inspections, etc.). This will allow for the seamless <br /> integration of Castlewood service requirements directly into the existing regular work <br /> planning hours which are defined as 0700 hours to 1500 hours, seven(7)days a week, <br /> including holidays. From 1500 hours to 0700 hours, a time and materials rate would <br /> apply at the overtime rate schedule. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
