RESOLUTION NO. 16 -840 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, TO <br />ACCEPT THE MIDYEAR FY 2015/16 FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET AND AMEND THE FY 2015/16 CIP <br />BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, during each year a report of financial condition of the Capital Improvement <br />Program is presented to Council which includes any staff recommendations for budget <br />amendments and technical corrections or actions needed; and <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report for the second quarter (midyear) of <br />the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016 for the Capital Improvement Program;. and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the midyear financial report, staff made numerous <br />recommendations as outlined in that report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1: It amends the FY 2015/16 Capital Improvement Program Budget as shown <br />in Attachment 1. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br />a regular meeting held on March 15, 2016. <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br />resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of March <br />2016, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, <br />Noes: <br />None <br />Absent: <br />None <br />Abstain: <br />None <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />r <br />jV-1ulie Harryman, Interim City Attorney <br />Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br />
