Approximately $40,900 will go to fund public services in the community <br />which are needed by low income persons, including housing counseling. All FY 2016 activities are <br />targeted to serve eligible households which reside within the City of Pleasanton, although several <br />projects are located in the adjacent cities of Livermore and Dublin but serve Pleasanton residents. <br />The Alameda County Housing and Community Development (HCD) Program administers the HOPWA <br />program for Alameda County, under contract from the City of Oakland. The HOPWA entitlement is <br />received by Oakland as the largest city in the eligible Metropolitan Area.
