d. The carrying capacity of the access route(s) shall be 69,000 pounds under all <br />weather conditions. <br />e. Designated construction material storage and construction worker parking <br />shall not obstruct the emergency vehicle access route(s). <br />f. On -site fire hydrants shall be in service. Fire hydrants shall be flushed and all <br />valves open. <br />g. On -site fire hydrants shall not be obstructed and shall be sufficiently above <br />grade to have all hydrant valves and outlets accessible for emergency use. <br />h. Where a project is phased as part of the development approved by the City, <br />specific access, water supply and fire hydrant installations will be required as <br />part of each phase. As needed a phasing plan with these improvements will <br />be required. <br />i. Where on -site grading /utility plans are submitted for review and approval prior <br />to building construction drawings, emergency vehicle access routes, fire <br />hydrant locations, material staging areas, etc. shall be provided. <br />124. The following items are provided for the purpose of highlighting key <br />requirements.) <br />Buildina and Safetv Division <br />125. The applicant/project developer shall submit a building survey and /or record of <br />survey and a site development plan in accordance with the provisions of Chapter <br />18.68 of the Municipal Code of the City of Pleasanton. These plans shall be <br />approved by the Chief Building and Safety Official prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit. The site development plan shall include all required information to <br />design and construct site, grading, paving, drainage, and utilities. <br />126. The applicant/project developer shall post address numerals on the buildings so as <br />to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and <br />night time hours. <br />20 of 27 <br />
