c) All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. In addition, no construction <br />shall be allowed on State and federal holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. The <br />Community Development Director may allow earlier "start times" for specific <br />construction activities (e.g., concrete foundation /floor pouring), if it can be <br />demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Community Development Director that <br />the construction and construction traffic noise will not affect nearby residents. <br />Prior to construction, the hours of construction shall be posted on site. <br />d) All construction equipment must meet DMV and City noise standards and shall <br />be equipped with muffling devices. <br />e) Designate a noise disturbance coordinator who will be responsible for <br />responding to complaints about noise during construction. The telephone <br />number of the noise disturbance coordinator shall be conspicuously posted at <br />the construction site and shall be provided to the City of Pleasanton. Copies of <br />the construction schedule shall also be posted at nearby noise sensitive areas. <br />f) Construction activities conducted on the subject property shall not exceed 86 <br />dBA at any point outside of the property plane of the subject property <br />(Pleasanton Municipal Code Section 9.04.100.B.). <br />These requirements shall be printed on the construction plans to the satisfaction of <br />the Director of Community Development. <br />30. Rain gutters shall discharge into landscaping planter areas where feasible. These <br />details shall be shown on the plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division <br />for plan check and are subject to the review and approval of the Director of <br />Community Development prior to building permit issuance. <br />31. The project shall comply with the State of California Model Water Efficient <br />Landscape Ordinance and Bay Friendly Basics Landscape Checklist. Prior to <br />issuance of a Building Permit, the applicant and /or project developer shall submit <br />the following documentation to the Planning Division: <br />a. Landscape Documentation Package, which includes date; project <br />applicant/contact information; project address; total landscape area; project <br />type (new, rehabilitated, public, private, cemetery, homeowner - installed); <br />water supply type (potable, recycled, well, greywater, combination of <br />potable /greywater); and applicant signature /date with the statement that "I <br />agree to comply with the requirements of the prescriptive compliance option <br />of the Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance." <br />b. Landscape Plan documenting: incorporation of compost at a rate of at least 4 <br />cubic yards /1,000 square feet; compliance with the plant material criteria; <br />compliance with the turf criteria; compliance with the irrigation system criteria; <br />6 of 27 <br />
