All mitigation measures listed within the Final Supplemental Environmental <br /> Impact Report (SEIR) prepared for the project and the Mitigation Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program dated March 2016 and on file with the Planning Division are <br /> hereby incorporated as conditions of approval for the project and shall be <br /> adhered to and/or fully complied with to the satisfaction of the Community <br /> Development Department prior to final inspection. <br /> 2.
