4. This Memorandum shall incorporate herein all of the terms and provisions of the Lease as <br /> though fully set forth herein. <br /> 5. This Memorandum is solely for recording purposes and shall not be construed to alter, <br /> modify, amend or supplement the Lease, of which this is a memorandum. In the event of any <br /> inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Memorandum and the terms and <br /> conditions of the Lease, the terms and conditions of the Lease shall control. <br /> 6.
