Staff has provided <br /> the location and noticing maps within the attached Planning Commission staff report <br /> (Exhibit H of Attachment 2 to Attachment 3 of this report) for reference. At the time this <br /> Council report was published, staff had not received any public comments regarding the <br /> Council notice. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15332, <br /> In-Fill Development Projects the proposed project is exempt from CEQA and would not <br /> have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment.
