Ordinance No. 16-834 <br /> Exhibit A <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council approves the Rezoning of the approximately 194.7-acre <br /> Lund Ranch II property located at 1500 Lund Ranch Road at the end of Lund Ranch Road from <br /> the PUD-LDR/OS (Planned Unit Development — Low Density Residential/Open Space) District <br /> to the PUD-LDR/RDR/OS-PHS/WO (Planned Unit Development — Low Density <br /> Residential/Rural Density ResidentiaVOpen Space-Public Health and Safety/Wildland Overlay) <br /> District. <br /> SECTION 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, on file <br /> with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts, is hereby amended by <br /> Zoning Unit Map No. 495, attached hereto as Exhibit B, dated December 1, 2015, and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> SECTION 3. The City Council approves Case PUD-25, the application of GHC Lund <br /> Ranch, LLC, for Planned Unit Development (PUD) Development Plan approval to construct <br /> 43 single-family, two-story homes and related improvements at the approximately 194.7-acre <br /> Lund Ranch II property located at 1500 Lund Ranch Road at the end of Lund Ranch Road, <br /> subject to the conditions as shown in Exhibit A and the Site Plan shown on Exhibit A-1, attached <br /> hereto and made part of this ordinance by this reference. <br /> SECTION 4. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in the "Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the <br /> City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City <br /> Clerk's Office within fifteen (15) days of its adoption. <br /> SECTION 5. This ordinance is conditioned on the ordinance for the Development <br /> Agreement for this project also being in effect, and if that occurs, this ordinance shall be <br /> effective thirty (30)days after its passage and adoption. <br /> The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton on December 15, 2015 and adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the <br /> City Council of the City of Pleasanton on January 5, 2016 by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Narum, Olson, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: Councilmember Brown <br /> Absent: Councilmember Pentin <br /> Abstain: None <br /> Je ho e, Mayor <br /> ATTES . <br /> Kare Diaz, City • lerk <br /> APPOVED AS TO FORM: <br /> J lie Harry an, Interim City Attorney <br />
