All mitigation measures identified in the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program (MMRP) prepared for the Lund Ranch II Final EIR subject project shall <br /> be implemented, as summarized below. All traffic fees to which the property may <br /> be subject, as set forth in the MMRP, shall be paid prior to issuance of a building <br /> permit.
