EXHIBIT B <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> It is understood and agreed that reimbursement by City to Collective for the herein <br /> designated services shall be at the rates set forth immediately below: <br /> 2016 2017 2018 <br /> 1) Single Umpire: Sun. —Fri. $30.00 $30.00 $30.00 <br /> 2) Two Umpires: Sun. —Fri. $53.50 $53.50 $53.50 <br /> It is understood and agreed that in no event shall the total amount to be paid by the City <br /> for all services to be rendered by Collective's members exceed$105,000 in 2016, <br /> $106,000 in 2017, and $108,000 in 2018 for umpired games. Payment or installment <br /> payments shall be made at such times, and in such form, as City deems proper. The <br /> Collective shall provide Community Services Department an accounting of all league and <br /> tournament games officiated, detailing the number of games per night/day and the <br /> appropriate fees, on a bi-weekly basis. <br /> Games that are scheduled for two officials operation will be paid as two officials <br /> operation. In the event two officials are scheduled to a game and only one official works, <br /> the City will only pay half the rate of the two officials. <br /> 6 <br />
