Services include: six (6) performances of professionally produced and <br /> performed summertime outdoor theatrical productions. <br /> CIVIC ARTS COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION <br /> It is recommended that the City Council approve the Services Agreement with the San <br /> Francisco Shakespeare Festival in the amount of $27,186 for outdoor theatrical <br /> production services. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> It is recommended that the City Council approve the Services Agreement with the San <br /> Francisco Shakespeare Festival in the amount of $27,186 for outdoor theatrical <br /> production services. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The proposed contract for $27,186 includes related expenses for the production of A <br /> Winter's Tale for the City's 'Free Shakespeare in the Park" program. Funding is <br /> included in the proposed FY 2016/2017 Operating Budget, as expenses will not be <br /> realized until July 1, 2016. <br />
