Authorization to sell the 1969 Mustang at auction. <br /> 2. A determination as to whether the City wants to take direct title to Jean's home and <br /> financial assets, or whether the City prefers to allow re-sale of the home subject to a <br /> historic preservation easement and establishment of a historic endowment with the <br /> proceeds. <br /> 3. If the City prefers the endowment, approval of the form of the endowment proposed, <br /> or direction as to modification of the terms of the endowment. <br /> 4. If the City prefers the endowment, approval of the marketing plan for the home, or <br /> direction as to modification to the marketing plan. <br /> 5. If the home is sold, City approval of the form of the historic preservation easement to <br /> be recorded and run with the land (nothing drafted yet). <br /> It would be helpful to have a determination regarding whether the City desires to keep <br /> the home as a public building prior to the end of January 2016.
