CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 755 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ~2-7.21, ARTICLE 9 (I, INDUS- <br /> TRIAL DISTRICTS), CHAPTER 2 (ZONING), TITLE II (ZON- <br /> INGAND DEVELOPMENT) OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, RELATING TO CONDITIONAL USES <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Subsection (1) (i) is added to Section 2-7.21 <br />(Conditional Uses) Article 9 (I, Industrial Districts), Chapter <br /> <br />2 (Zoning), Title II (Zoning & Development) of the Ordinance <br /> <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton to read as follows: <br /> <br /> i. nurseries <br /> <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective 30 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once in "The Times", <br />a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of <br />Pleasanton, within fifteen days after its adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Pleasanton on ~arch 10 , 1975. <br /> <br />~DOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Pleasanton on March 24, , 1975 by the following vote: <br /> <br />i~YES: Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, Philcox, & Mayor Kinney <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />?.~illiam H.
