approved fire apparatus access roads capable of accommodating fire department <br /> aerial apparatus. Fire apparatus access roads shall have a minimum unobstructed <br /> width of 26 feet in the immediate vicinity of any building or portion of building more <br /> than 30 feet (9144 mm) in height. At least one of the required access routes meeting <br /> this condition shall be located within a minimum of 15 feet (4572 mm) and a <br /> maximum of 30 feet (9144 mm) from the building, and shall be positioned parallel to <br /> one entire side of the building. <br /> e. The carrying capacity of the access route(s) shall be 69,000 pounds under all <br /> weather conditions. <br /> f. Designated construction material storage and construction worker parking shall not <br /> obstruct the emergency vehicle access route(s). <br /> g. On-site fire hydrants shall be in service. Fire hydrants shall be flushed and all valves <br /> open. <br /> Urban Stormwater <br /> 102.
