CITY OF PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES December 15, 2015 Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Olson led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided introductory remarks. ROLL CALL Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne Absent: None AGENDA AMENDMENTS Mayor Thorne thanked Nancy Allen for donating the shade structure for Bernal Dog Park. City Manager Nelson Fialho noted a minor revision to the November 17, 2015 and December 1, 2015 minutes and Councilmember Brown requested a minor revision to the minutes. Mayor Thorne requested that Consent Items 8 and 9 be moved to the regular agenda as Items 22 and 23. CONSENT CALENDAR City Manager 1. Approved as revised and corrected the regular and special meeting minutes of November 17, 2015 and December 1, 2015 2. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 15-814 authorizing an appropriation of $66,715 in FY 2015/16 and $93,693 in FY 2016/17 from the Lower Income Housing Fund and execution of professional services agreements with Hello Housing and ECHO Housing for First Time Homebuyer Administration Services and Education Services 3. Reappointed Christine Steiner as the City's representative to the Housing Authority of the County of Alameda Housing Commission for a four-year term ending December 30, 2019 4. Approved appointment of Julie Harryman as Interim City Attorney beginning December 29, 2015 until a new City Attorney is hired Community Development 5. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission 6. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a contract with Open Counter Enterprises, Inc. for software subscription licensing and implementation related to a public facing, web application for business licensing and permitting purposes 7. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Fehr & Peers Transportation Consultants in the amount of $275,000 for services to update the City of Pleasanton Traffic Model and to provide on call transportation modeling services and appropriation of $255,200 of Traffic Impact Fees to fund the traffic model update, Project #155054
