CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> December 15, 2015 <br /> Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Olson led the <br /> Pledge of Allegiance and provided introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mayor Thorne thanked Nancy Allen for donating the shade structure for Bernal Dog Park. <br /> City Manager Nelson Fialho noted a minor revision to the November 17, 2015 and December 1, 2015 <br /> minutes and Councilmember Brown requested a minor revision to the minutes. <br /> Mayor Thorne requested that Consent Items 8 and 9 be moved to the regular agenda as Items 22 and <br /> 23. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> City Manager <br /> 1. Approved as revised and corrected the regular and special meeting minutes of November 17, <br /> 2015 and December 1, 2015 <br /> 2. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 15-814 authorizing an appropriation of $66,715 <br /> in FY 2015/16 and $93,693 in FY 2016/17 from the Lower Income Housing Fund and execution of <br /> professional services agreements with Hello Housing and ECHO Housing for First Time <br /> Homebuyer Administration Services and Education Services <br /> 3. Reappointed Christine Steiner as the City's representative to the Housing Authority of the County <br /> of Alameda Housing Commission for a four-year term ending December 30, 2019 <br /> 4. Approved appointment of Julie Harryman as Interim City Attorney beginning December 29, 2015 <br /> until a new City Attorney is hired <br /> Community Development <br /> 5. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 6. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a contract with Open Counter Enterprises, <br /> Inc. for software subscription licensing and implementation related to a public facing, web <br /> application for business licensing and permitting purposes <br /> 7. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with <br /> Fehr & Peers Transportation Consultants in the amount of $275,000 for services to update the <br /> City of Pleasanton Traffic Model and to provide on call transportation modeling services and <br /> appropriation of $255,200 of Traffic Impact Fees to fund the traffic model update, Project #155054 <br />
