B. A renter of a park or recreation facility in the Downtown shall prohibit smoking during <br /> such rental. "No Smoking" signs shall generally be visible at entrances or reasonable <br /> intervals along the perimeter of such rental to advise guests, invitees and the public <br /> about such prohibition on smoking. Violators are subject to administrative citation as <br /> provided in Chapter 1.24. <br /> C. Smoking is defined as set forth Section 9.24.020.P. <br /> D. Downtown is defined as the area within the Downtown Specific Plan. <br /> SECTION 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times" a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for <br /> fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> SECTION 3.
