Chair Blank added that unless substantial capital improvements are done. <br /> Commissioner O'Connor noted that there was talk about getting some new equipment <br /> for some areas such as Stoneridge Drive which is being put through. He agreed that <br /> when those changes are made, it will have a ripple effect someplace else; it might get <br /> better for some, but it is going to have an opposite effect someplace else. <br /> Measure PP <br /> Chair Blank stated that he assumes, when Measure PP comes back, the Commission <br /> will receive new staff reports. <br /> Mr. Dolan replied that the item is not coming back before the Commission; it is going <br /> straight to the City Council. <br /> Chair Blank inquired what happens if the Council directs the Commission to do more <br /> work. <br /> Mr. Dolan replied that staff will write a new report. <br /> 9.
