He emphasized <br /> that he wanted the City Council to understand that, and that if the Lund Ranch project <br /> goes forward to the City Council, the Cit y Council must consider traffic. <br /> Chair Blank agreed that the City Council must look at traffic and maybe take <br /> traffic-calming actions.
