The considerable impact that this project has on future projects warrants a careful and
judicious review, as the Council's decisions will indeed affect the outcome of future
projects. The voters enacted Measure PP because of the inaction to protect the hills. The
Council must uphold the citizens of Pleasanton and not take actions on this project which
would curtail the effectiveness of PP to protect Pleasanton's ridges and hillsides in the
future.
Conclusion
This project, as approved by the Council on December 1S`, has homes and structures
within 100' vertical feet of a ridge and has numerous homes and roads on a 25% slope.
These are clear violations of Measure PP and must be corrected prior to any final
approval of PUD 25.
Sincerely
Allen Roberts
