A. Improvement Plans for Tract 8246, Andares, prepared by Ruggeri-Jensen-Azar, dated <br /> December 2015; Preliminary Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Costs, 5850 <br /> W. Las Positas, dated November 18, 2015; and subsequent revisions to the plans as <br /> prepared by Ruggeri-Jensen-Azar and approved by the City Engineer. <br /> B. Landscape Plans for Las Positas, prepared by Van Dorn Abed Landscape Architects Inc., <br /> dated December 2015, and subsequent revisions to the plans as prepared by Van Dorn <br /> Abed and approved by the City Engineer. <br /> C. Joint Trench Plans for Summerhill Homes, 5850 West Las Positas, prepared by Tarrar <br /> Utility Consultants, dated September 18, 2015, and subsequent revisions to the plans as <br /> prepared by Tarrar Utility Consultants and approved by the City Engineer. <br /> 4 Inspection. City shall inspect all of said work through an inspector employed by City at the <br /> cost and expense of Subdivider, and Subdivider shall pay City the cost of such inspection as <br /> fixed by Ordinance. The City Engineer has tentatively fixed the inspection costs due upon <br /> execution of this Agreement as follows: <br /> $156,774.00 <br /> 5. Soils Report. Subdivider has provided a preliminary soils report as required by Government <br /> Code §566490 et. seq. Said data was compiled by a qualified soils testing engineer without <br /> expense to the City. <br /> 6. Plans. All of said work shall be done and materials furnished in strict accordance with the <br /> approved plans for said tract filed with the City Engineer, and in accordance with the standard <br /> specifications and details of the City of Pleasanton, except as shown on the plans identified in <br /> Section 2, above, or as the otherwise approved by the City Engineer. It is further understood that <br /> the work and materials shall be under the supervision of the City Engineer, and performed and <br /> installed to his satisfaction. <br /> 7. Related Contracts and Proceedin_. Any prior contracts between City and Subdivider and <br /> any prior approvals by City staff, Commissions or Council of City shall not be affected by the <br /> provisions of this Agreement unless specific modification is set forth herein. <br /> 8. Security. On signing this Agreement, the Subdivider shall present to the City and file with <br /> the City Clerk, improvement security as defined in Section 66499 of the California Government <br /> Code. Said improvement security as approved by the City Attorney, shall consist of the <br /> following as determined by the City: <br /> A. Cash deposit made with the City, or <br /> B. Bonds by duly authorized corporate sureties admitted to conduct such business in <br /> California, or <br /> Subdivision Agreement:Tract 8246,Andares Page 2 of 7 <br />
