A. Improvement Plans for Tract 8246, Andares, prepared by Ruggeri-Jensen-Azar, dated December 2015; Preliminary Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Costs, 5850 W. Las Positas, dated November 18, 2015; and subsequent revisions to the plans as prepared by Ruggeri-Jensen-Azar and approved by the City Engineer. B. Landscape Plans for Las Positas, prepared by Van Dorn Abed Landscape Architects Inc., dated December 2015, and subsequent revisions to the plans as prepared by Van Dorn Abed and approved by the City Engineer. C. Joint Trench Plans for Summerhill Homes, 5850 West Las Positas, prepared by Tarrar Utility Consultants, dated September 18, 2015, and subsequent revisions to the plans as prepared by Tarrar Utility Consultants and approved by the City Engineer. 4 Inspection. City shall inspect all of said work through an inspector employed by City at the cost and expense of Subdivider, and Subdivider shall pay City the cost of such inspection as fixed by Ordinance. The City Engineer has tentatively fixed the inspection costs due upon execution of this Agreement as follows: $156,774.00 5. Soils Report. Subdivider has provided a preliminary soils report as required by Government Code §566490 et. seq. Said data was compiled by a qualified soils testing engineer without expense to the City. 6. Plans. All of said work shall be done and materials furnished in strict accordance with the approved plans for said tract filed with the City Engineer, and in accordance with the standard specifications and details of the City of Pleasanton, except as shown on the plans identified in Section 2, above, or as the otherwise approved by the City Engineer. It is further understood that the work and materials shall be under the supervision of the City Engineer, and performed and installed to his satisfaction. 7. Related Contracts and Proceedin_. Any prior contracts between City and Subdivider and any prior approvals by City staff, Commissions or Council of City shall not be affected by the provisions of this Agreement unless specific modification is set forth herein. 8. Security. On signing this Agreement, the Subdivider shall present to the City and file with the City Clerk, improvement security as defined in Section 66499 of the California Government Code. Said improvement security as approved by the City Attorney, shall consist of the following as determined by the City: A. Cash deposit made with the City, or B. Bonds by duly authorized corporate sureties admitted to conduct such business in California, or Subdivision Agreement:Tract 8246,Andares Page 2 of 7
