CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-7.08(a) OF ARTICLE <br /> 8 (C - COMMERCIAL DISTRICT) , CHAPTER 2 (ZONING) , <br /> TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT) OF THE ORDINANCE <br /> CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RELATING TO PERMITTED <br /> AND CONDITIONAL USES. (SWIMMING POOL SALES AND SERVICE) <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Section 2-7.08 (a) (Permitted and Conditional <br />Uses) of Article 8 (C - Commercial District) , Chapter 2 (Zoning) , <br />Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code of the <br />City of Pleasanton is hereby amended by inclusion of the <br />swimming pool sales and service as a conditional use in the <br />C-F (Commercial Freeway) District. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty <br /> (30) days after its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within <br />fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the "THE TIMES," a <br />newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in <br />the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> <br /> City of Pleasanton on December 8, 1975 · <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> <br /> City of Pleasanton on December 15t 1975 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmember Herlihy, LeClaire, McLain, Philcox and <br /> Mayor Kinney <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None ...... <br /> <br /> EDWARD J.
