This email also acknowledges receipt of your email to the Mayor and
City Council and the City Manager.
Sincerely yours,
Ellen Holmgren, Administrative Assistant
City of Pleasanton
From:]
Sent: Tuesday, December 01, 2015 4:59 PM
To: Mayor and City Council
Cc: Jonathan Lowell; Nelson Fialho; ,
Subject: PUD -25 Lund Ranch II - Statements of Steve Brozosky from the last city council meeting
•ear Mayor and City Council Members,
I wanted to ensure that you have on the record the following emails. Roads were discussed. You have an email from
Brian Arkin from 2013 stating that.
3. The city has an existing Hillside Preservation Ordinance adopted in July 1975 that the
alpty staff never showed to any Planning Commissioner that I have talked with. I found out
leasanton had a Hillside Preservation Ordinance because someone from Walnut Creek
