There are five primary areas pertaining <br /> to the interpretation of Measure PP: <br /> 1 . Measuring slope <br /> 2. Identifying ridges and their end-points <br /> 3. Implementing the 100-vertical-foot restriction from ridgelines <br /> 4. Defining roads as/as not structures <br /> 5. Including or excluding artificial slopes graded prior to Measure PP from the <br /> 25-percent slope calculation, and the identification of those areas having slopes <br /> that were created by previous grading. <br /> Page 9 of 26 <br />
