RESOLUTION NO. 15-801 <br /> • <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ACCEPTING THE HISTORIC RESOURCE SURVEY <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 18, 2014, the City Council approved a <br /> professional services agreement with Architectural Resources Group, Inc. (ARG) for the <br /> preparation of a historic resource survey of the residential structures in residential zoning <br /> districts within the Downtown Specific Plan Area that were built before 1942 to determine <br /> which are considered historic resources; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 14, 2015, the Planning Commission held a public <br /> hearing on the Historic Resource Survey and recommended to the City Council that it <br /> accept the Historic Resource Survey; and <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on <br /> November 3, 2015, at which time the City Council reviewed the Historic Resource <br /> Survey and considered all related reports, documents, testimony, and the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER <br /> THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council accepts the "Pleasanton Limited Scope Historic <br /> Resource Survey" dated August 2015, on file with the Planning Division and made part <br /> of this resolution by reference. <br /> SECTION 2. The Council finds that acceptance of this Historic Resource Survey <br /> will not cause a significant effect on the environment as provided in Title 14 California <br /> Code of Regulations Section 15061(b)(3). <br /> SECTION 3.
