CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 773 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 2-7.03a, ARTICLE 8 <br /> (C COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS), CHAPTER 2 (ZONING), TITLE II <br /> (ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT) OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, RELATING TO PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL <br /> USES. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS <br /> <br />Section 1. Subsection 2-7.08a (Permitted and Conditional Uses) o~ <br /> Article 8 (C Commercial Districts), Chapter 2 (Zoning) <br /> of Title II (Zoning and Development) is hereby amended <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) The word "office" is deleted from the "office and <br /> office buildings" category in the schedule, thereby <br /> amending this category to read "office buildings." <br /> <br /> (b) The categories "medical and dental offices" and <br /> "realtors and real estate 6ffices" are removed from <br /> the schedule, said categories having been included <br /> under "administrative, business and professional <br /> offices." <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) day~ <br /> <br /> after its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation, published in the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on December 8, 1975. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> <br /> -1- <br /> <br /> <br />
