As you know many citizens were ready and prepared to attend the October 20, <br /> 2015 meeting after receiving the public notifications in the mail. Now we have been informed it could be either <br /> November 3rd or 17th which has created a good deal of confusion in the neighborhood. <br /> My suggestion is that you give ample time to get the word out to the neighborhoods and resend a written <br /> notification that clearly states the date so that people can adjust their schedules.
