He explained that the <br /> Institute of Traffic Engineers (ITE) actually produces that number, but it also has an <br /> equation which more closely resembles the line of actual trip distribution. He stated that <br /> he did not like to use that just because the difference between 10 and 11 trips is minor, <br /> and when it goes down to 10.2 trips, the numbers change with so many scenarios like <br /> this, and it becomes a little more difficult to explain.
