CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 769 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING IN ITS ENTIRETY ARTICLE 3 (SURVEY <br /> AND SITE PLAN WITH APPLICATION FOR BUILDING PERMIT), <br /> CHAPTER 3 (BUILDING CODE), TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVEL- <br /> OPMENT) OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RELATING TO SURVEY AND SITE PLANS. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Article 3, Chapter 3, Title II of the Ordinance <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended in its entirety <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 2-13.03: PLAT OF SURVEY REQUIRED. <br /> <br /> With each application for a building permit to erect, con- <br />struct or enlarge a building or structure, or to move an existing <br />building or structure to a new location, there shall be sub- <br />mitted a plat of a recent survey of the property proposed to be <br />improved by said building or structure. These requirements shall <br />be in addition to the requirements of Chapter 15 Division 3 of <br />the BUsiness and Professions Code of the State of California <br />(Land Surveyor's Act) which shall take precedence when a Record <br /> <br />of Survey is required. <br /> <br /> Section 2-13.04: FORM OF SURVEY PLAT <br /> <br /> Two prints of the survey plat shall be submitted. The plat <br />shall be accurately drawn to a scale of twenty feet to one inch <br />and on a standard sized sheet of 18 inches by 26 inches, with a <br />1 inch border on all sides, unless otherwise authorized by the <br />City Engineer. Upon approval of the survey by the City, a repro- <br />ducible copy shall be supplied to the City. <br /> <br /> Section 2-13.05: INFORMATION REQUIRED ON SURVEY PLAT <br /> <br /> The following minimum information shall be shown on all <br />property surveys: <br /> <br /> 1. The name, address and registration number of the <br /> <br /> licensed land surveyor or registered civil engineer who <br /> <br /> <br />
