Human Resources <br /> 8. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 15-783 declaring the intent to approve and an <br /> amendment to the contract between the City of Pleasanton and the Board of Administration of <br /> California Public Employees' Retirement System and introduced and first reading of Ordinance <br /> No. 2128 amend the contract between the California Public Employees' Retirement System <br /> (CaIPERS) and the City of Pleasanton to provide Section 20516 (Employees Sharing Additional <br /> Cost) of 1% for classic CaIPERS local police members and Section 20516 (Employees Sharing <br /> Additional Cost) of an additional .5% for classic CaIPERS local fire members of the Livermore- <br /> Pleasanton Fire Department <br /> Operation Services <br /> 9. Pulled from the agenda - Approve an addendum to the Bay Area Biosolids to Energy Coalition <br /> Joint Exercise Powers Agreement <br /> 10. Approved the purchase of a "Camel 1200" combination sewer/storm cleaned vacuum truck from <br /> the National Joint Powers Alliance in the amount of $375,402 <br /> 11. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute second amendment to professional <br /> services agreement with Tyler Technologies in the amount of $193,019 for enterprise resource <br /> planning software and implementation services for utility billing <br /> 12. Approved and authorized the City Manager to initate a task order pursuant to the Tri-Valley <br /> Intergovernmental Reciprocal Services Master Agreement for use of advanced recycled water <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Pentin/Narum to approve the Consent Calendar, as amended. Motion passed <br /> by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Olson <br /> MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> 13. Presentation of a Commendation recognizing 150'h Scottish Games <br /> Councilmember Pentin presented the proclamation and invited several members of the Caledonian <br /> Club of San Francisco Scottish Games forward to speak. <br /> Alan Purves stated that Caledonia Club of San Francisco Scottish Games relocated from Santa Rosa <br /> to the City of Pleasanton on Labor Day of 1994. Since then the city has been a truly wonderful host and <br /> he is proud to be celebrating both 22 years in Pleasanton and sesquicentennial of the games. <br /> Floyd Busby thanked Pleasanton for its continued support and said he looked forward to enjoying the <br /> event that they have spent the past year putting together. <br /> David Scott said it is a privilege to be involved with the city, who has proven to be a wonderful host, and <br /> said he looked forward to many more years of enjoyable games. <br /> Mr. Busby explained that he is deeply involved with the American Friends of Erskine, a U.S. based <br /> organization supporting Scottish Erskine Hospital. He said the hospital was founded in 1916 to address <br /> the needs of military personnel and veterans injured in war.
