Subject: FW: Please Do Not Rezone Presbyterian Church Propert
SaJPPLEMENTAL MATERIAL
Pravidod to the City Council
From: Bob Howe [Friday,October 02,2015 1:38 PM After Distribution of Packet
To: Mayor and City Council<citycouncil @cityofpleasantonca.aov> OCT 0 2 2015
Subject: Please Do Not Rezone Presbyterian Church Property Date
City Council Members,
Please do not rezone the Centerpointe Presbyterian Church parcel at Valley and Busch.
Our city is in a drought condition, with state mandates for a permanent 20% reduction. Also, our streets are overcrowded
which is leading to more rude and dangerous driving practices.
Finally, the current zoning was part of a compromise that was part of the zoning change to allow the developer to build
nearby homes. Please do not violate that original agreement.
Please, please do not rezone the parcel for houses. Pick something that will have zero impact on our scare water and
road infrastructure.
Thank you,
Robert Howe
3228 Arbor Drive
Pleasanton, CA 94566
Click here to report this email as spam.
1
