Subject: FW: Re-Zoning
Attachments: City Council Agenda Report for Ponderosa Homes Application 10.6.2015.pdf
SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIAL
From: Barbara [ Provided to the City Council
Sent: Friday, October 02, 2015 4:01 PM After Distribution of P e t
To: Mayor and City Council<citvcouncil @cityofpleasantonca.gov>
Subject: Re-Zoning Date
This email is to serve as my opposition to the City's plan to re-zone the parcel of land
on Busch and build MORE houses! What is this council thinking? we have no
water...there are already over 1000 housing units under construction...our schools are
over crowded...our streets are falling apart and well the traffic nightmare that they have
created has not even come to a head yet....This so called planning commission is just
planning to pave over our entire city and then...what happens, we will surly not need
them since we will not have anything left to plan for.... I live in Danbury park...and
well..it is almost impossible in the morning or afternoon hours to safely get out of my
neighborhood! we have supported the city's slow growth plan and tried to make sense of
some of this un-necessary "low-cost" housing ????? this developer is just trying to
feather his nest at the expense of our once beautiful city...and then he will move on to
wreak havoc in another community! please do not allow this rezoning. We need to have
the ability to have room for future public and Institutional growth...please...we have met
the governor's demand for more housing...
we DO NOT need more!
Thank-you for your consideration,
Barbara Cloak-Bellopatrick
1415 Groth Circle
Pleasanton, CA 94566-8414
Click here to report this email as spam.
1
