We own a home on Madsen Ct. which is adjacent to the property. We have had to endure the unsightly spring structure on the property for 8 years and we are anxiously looking forward to its removal no later then the end of the church's current permit which was for 10 years. The church promised the homeowners that they would be good neighbors, however, they have not lived up to their promise. They have refused to share in landscaping costs along Busch Rd. and a portion of Ironwood Dr. that their members use to enter and exit the church property. We have asked repeatedly that they store their garbage cans within their fenced area, but they leave the cans in the parking lot which attracts the raccoons, flies and other animals. We would prefer that a limited number of homes be built on the site rather than deal with another religious group. We are confident that the addition of 25 homes will have minimum impact on the current water, schools and traffic conditions. We ask that you approve the proposed project and allow homes to be built on the site. We are most grateful for your consideration.
