THE CITY OF <br />®_ w l <br />pL€ASANTONC <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />October 6, 2015 <br />Mayor and City Council <br />TITLE: COMMISSION AND COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS <br />SUMMARY <br />In accordance with commission appointment policies, in the spring and fall the City <br />solicits applications from interested Pleasanton residents to serve on the City's standing <br />commissions and committees. <br />This fall, the City solicited applications to fill vacancies for terms expiring on September <br />30, 2015. Applications were received and interviews held. The Mayor's appointments <br />are listed on the following page. To ensure continuity in service to the extent possible, <br />the Mayor has included those commissioners who, as a result of other openings, are <br />changing status from alternates to regular members. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Council is asked to ratify the Mayor's appointments to various City commissions <br />and committees as listed on the attached table. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There is no fiscal impact. <br />Nelson Fialho <br />City Manager <br />1 <br />
