Planning Commission <br />September 23, 2015 <br />Commissioners Present: Nancy Allen, Jack Balch, Greg O'Connor, David Nagler, <br />Gina Piper, and Herb Ritter <br />Commissioner Absent: None <br />PUD- 81- 30- 64D-4M /Roche Molecular Diagnostics <br />Application for Planned Unit Development (PUD) Design Review approval to construct <br />an approximately 70,700- square -foot, three -story office building and related site <br />improvements at 4300 Hacienda Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD -I /C -O (Planned <br />Unit Development — Industrial /Commercial and Offices) and PUD -MU (Planned Unit <br />Development - Mixed Use) Districts. <br />Action recommended: Approval <br />Action taken: Approved per staff recommendation <br />Vote: 5 -0 <br />PUD -105 and P14 -0852. City of Pleasanton <br />Public hearing to receive public and Planning Commission comments on the Draft <br />Supplemental Environmental Impact Report for the Johnson Drive Economic Development <br />Zone, including 12 parcels for Planned Unit Development rezoning at 7106 through <br />7315 Johnson Drive and 7035 and 7080 Commerce Circle.
