PROMISSORY NOTE <br /> Deferred Payment Loan <br /> Applicant Name(s) :BAY AREA COMMUNITY SERVICES. INC. ID#:1277 <br /> Property Address:4344 RAILROAD a PLEASANTON. CA Date:07/09/93 <br /> FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned hereby promises to pay to the <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, Housing and Community Development, or other <br /> holder, the principal sum of Forty Three Thousand Three Hundred <br /> Ninety Three Dollars and 00/100 ($43, 393.00) . This Note will not <br /> accrue interest and is due and payable July 9, 2008. The <br /> undersigned shall pay interest at the rate of seven (7) percent per <br /> year if this Note shall not be paid when due.
