CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-101 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF MICHAEL <br />CALLAHAN FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PCUP-89 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Michael Callahan has applied for a conditional use permit to operate an event <br /> center at the Mitchell Katz Winery property located at 1188 Vineyard Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development - A / OS / LDR <br /> (Agriculture / Open Space / Low Density Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by <br /> Council on September 2, 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held on September 2, 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed conditional use would be compatible with <br /> the existing uses in the area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The City Council approves the application of Michael Callahan for a conditional <br />use permit to operate an event center at the Mitchell Katz Winery property located <br />at 1188 Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />
