CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-100 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br />APPLICATION OF MICHAEL CALLAHAN, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-93-2-5M AND PCUP-89 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Michael Callahan has applied for a major modification to an approved PUD <br />development plan to allow construction of an 18,144-square-foot event center / <br />barrel storage building and an 8,480-square-foot case storage building at the <br />Mitchell Katz Winery property located at 1188 Vineyard Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public heating was held on September 2, 2003, at which time the <br />public was given the oppommity to comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Michael Callahan for a <br />major modification to an approved PUD development plan to allow construction <br />of an 18,144-square-foot event center / barrel storage building and an 8,480-square <br />foot case storage building at the Mitchell Katz Winery property located at 1188 <br />Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />
