In accordance with Climate Action Plan Measure ER2-3, the project shall <br /> incorporate distributed generation into the project (e.g., one of the following: <br /> photovoltaic, solar thermal, solar hot water, or solar cooling), and/or provide <br /> bloom box or other fuel cell technologies. Said measure(s) shall be identified on <br /> plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division for permits. <br /> 21. In accordance with Climate Action Plan Measure ER2-5, the project shall include <br /> provisions for the ability to adapt electric vehicle (EV) charging stations to a solar <br /> grid. Plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division shall demonstrate <br /> compliance with this measure and are subject to the review and approval of the <br /> Director of Community Development. <br /> 22. In accordance with Climate Action Plan Measure SW2-12, the project shall <br /> incorporate adequate space and logistics for handling of recyclable and <br /> compostable materials. Plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division shall <br /> demonstrate compliance with this measure and are subject to the review and <br /> approval of the Director of Community Development. <br /> 23. In accordance with Climate Action Plan Measures WA1-7 and WA1-8, the project <br /> shall incorporate a water-saving landscape plan that includes xeriscaping and <br /> drought-tolerant planting instead of lawns. Plans submitted to the Building and <br /> Safety Division for permits shall include a final planting plan that incorporates this <br /> measure. <br /> 24. In accordance with Climate Action Plan Measure WA3-2, the project shall utilize <br /> reclaimed wastewater for irrigation. Plans submitted to the Building and Safety <br /> Division shall demonstrate compliance with this measure and are subject to the <br /> review and approval of the Director of Community Development. <br /> Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan Amendment/Staples Ranch Proiect Mitigation <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Plan <br /> 25. The subject project shall be implemented as required by the Stoneridge Drive <br /> Specific Plan Amendment/Staples Ranch EIR and Mitigation Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Plan (MMRP). All mitigation measures of the EIR are hereby <br /> incorporated by reference and shall be implemented as required by the EIR and <br /> MMRP. <br /> 26. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the project developer shall pay all <br /> applicable traffic fees to which the property may be subject, as set forth in the <br /> MMRP. <br /> 27. In accordance with measure VQ-3.1 of the MMRP, all exterior lighting shall be <br /> directed downward and shall be shielded or utilize equivalent technology to avoid <br /> shining on neighboring properties.
