CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> July 21, 2015 <br /> Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Narum led <br /> the Pledge of Allegiance and provided introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Absent: None <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> City Attorney Lowell reported that the Council met in Closed Session at a special meeting on June 22, <br /> 2015. The Closed Session consisted of a public employee performance evaluation and conference with <br /> labor negotiators, both regarding the City Manager position. No reportable action was taken at that time <br /> but the discussion does tie in to Item 2 on the Consent Calendar. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mayor Thorne noted several amendments to the Consent Calendar. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> City Attorney <br /> 1. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute the Amended and Restated Construction <br /> and Cost Sharing Agreement between the City, Hacienda Business Park Owners Association, <br /> Valencia at Hacienda Homeowners Association, and Archstone Hacienda LLC regarding the <br /> greenbelt <br /> City Council <br /> 2. Approved and authorized the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3 to Employment Contract of City <br /> Manager Nelson Fialho <br /> City Manager <br /> 3. Approve meeting minutes of April 7, 2015, May 19, 2015 (Pulled from the agenda), June 2, 11, <br /> 16 & 22, 2015 <br /> City Manager Fialho explained that the meeting minutes of May 19, 2015, while posted on the agenda, <br /> were not distributed. Review and consideration of the minutes is continued to August 18, 2015. <br /> 4. Approved Mayor Thome as the voting delegate for the 2015 League of California Cities Annual <br /> Conference <br /> 5. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 15-774 to allow the Lund family to transfer <br /> unused sewer connections from the 1986 pre-sale to third parties, subject to approval by the <br /> Dublin San Ramon Services District and other conditions <br />
