Chief Executive Sadly, Pleasanton received a C in the 2015 report in the category of Smokefree Outdoor Officer Areas. Passing a strong policy to prohibit smoking in parks and recreational areas is the next step in Pleasanton raising its grade to a B in smokefree outdoor areas.
