CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 765 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ~ 2-7.08a OF ARTICLE 8 (C-COM- <br /> MERCIAL DISTRICTS) CHAPTER 2 (ZONING) TITLE II (ZON- <br /> ING & DEVELOPMENT) OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY <br /> OF PLEASANTON RELATING TO PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL <br /> USES <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 2-7.08a (Permittedand Conditional Uses) <br />of Article 8 (C-Commercial Districts) Chapter 2 (Zoning) Title II <br /> <br /> (Zoning & Development) of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton is hereby amended by the inclusion of Carpet and Floor <br />Covering Stores as a permitted use in the C-C (Central Commercial <br />District, C-R (Regional Commercial) District, and C-S (Commercial <br />Service) District. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty <br /> <br />days after its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within <br />fifteen days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspaper of <br />general circulation, published and circulated in the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting!of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on July 14, 1975. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on July 28, 1975, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers LeClaire and McLain and Mayor Pro Tem Herlit <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Mayor Kinney and Councilmember Philcox <br /> <br />ATTEST. i~lli~,j~.
