CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 764 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE PREZONING APPROXIMATELY 3.6 ACRES LOCATED <br /> AT 3482 STANLEY BOULEVARD FROM "A" (AGRICULTURAL - <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY ZONING) DISTRICT TO C-S (COMMERCIAL <br /> SERVICE) DISTRICT, SAID ZONING TO BE EFFECTIVE UPON <br /> ANNEXATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY <br /> ACCORDINGLY, AS SHOWN ON ZONING UNIT MAP ~147 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by their Resolution No. <br /> <br />1348 adopted at their regular meeting of June 11, 1975, recommende~ <br />to the City Council the prezoning from A (Agricultural - Alameda <br />County Zoning) District to C-S (Commercial Service) District a <br />parcel of property approximately 3.6 acres in size located at <br />3482 Stanley Boulevard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this matter was heard by the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton at a Public Hearing held at their meeting of <br />July 14, 1975; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this prezoning has been deemed to be consistent <br />with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The parcel of property approximately 3.6 acres in <br /> size, located at 3482 Stanley Boulevard, known as <br /> Annexation 69, is hereby prezoned from A (Agricultural - <br /> Alameda County Zoning) District to the C-S (Commercial <br /> Service) District, as shown on Zoning Unit Map #147 <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and the Zoning Map <br /> <br /> of the City of Pleasanton is amended accordingly. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Zoning Unit Map No. 147, dated July 16, 1975, on file <br /> with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a <br /> part hereof by reference, designates said land use and <br /> zoning district. <br /> <br /> <br />
