CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 764 AN ORDINANCE PREZONING APPROXIMATELY 3.6 ACRES LOCATED AT 3482 STANLEY BOULEVARD FROM "A" (AGRICULTURAL - ALAMEDA COUNTY ZONING) DISTRICT TO C-S (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT, SAID ZONING TO BE EFFECTIVE UPON ANNEXATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY ACCORDINGLY, AS SHOWN ON ZONING UNIT MAP ~147 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by their Resolution No. 1348 adopted at their regular meeting of June 11, 1975, recommende~ to the City Council the prezoning from A (Agricultural - Alameda County Zoning) District to C-S (Commercial Service) District a parcel of property approximately 3.6 acres in size located at 3482 Stanley Boulevard; and WHEREAS, this matter was heard by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a Public Hearing held at their meeting of July 14, 1975; and WHEREAS, this prezoning has been deemed to be consistent with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The parcel of property approximately 3.6 acres in size, located at 3482 Stanley Boulevard, known as Annexation 69, is hereby prezoned from A (Agricultural - Alameda County Zoning) District to the C-S (Commercial Service) District, as shown on Zoning Unit Map #147 attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton is amended accordingly. Section 2. Zoning Unit Map No. 147, dated July 16, 1975, on file with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof by reference, designates said land use and zoning district.
