The starting heights will be approximately <br /> seven to eight feet tall.These trees grow approximately two to three feet per year; as such, within a year, they should <br /> be upwards of nine to eleven feet tall and also be three to four feet wide, providing, in the opinion of the Zoning <br /> Administrator adequate screening to address the privacy concerns you raised at the ZA hearing on 3/10/15.We will also <br /> require a restrictive covenant to be recorded against the property requiring the trees to remain in place in perpetuity. <br /> Again, this is the final determination of the Zoning Administrator who approved the entire project at the 3/10/15 ZA <br /> Hearing.As such, if this approach does not adequately address your concerns,the decision of the Zoning Administrator <br /> is appealable to the Planning Commission.An appeal must be made in writing and include details regarding your <br /> objections to the determination by 5:00 p.m.on Wednesday, March 25, 2015.The accompanying appeal fee of$6.25 is <br /> due payable by that time as well.
