Mr. Weinstein added the conditions of approval would <br /> assure the required level of privacy and the restricted covenant would guarantee the <br /> conditions be upheld for the life of the property. <br /> Mr. Cummings asked if he could be provided a covenant example to take and discuss with <br /> his neighbors. <br /> Mr. Weinstein asked the Staff if the meeting should be continued to allow Staff time to draft <br /> the restrictive covenant or what should be done. <br /> Mr. Luchini responded yes, the meeting could be continued to allow time for the restrictive <br /> covenant to be drafted. Mr. Luchini stated the draft covenant could be reviewed by Mr. <br /> Cummings and a date could be set for another Zoning Administrator hearing in which a <br /> decision could then be made.
