EFFECTIVE DATE: March 26,2015 BUILDING PERMIT QUESTIONNAIRE This questionnaire is being sent to you to be completed and returned to the Planning Division when you file for a building permit for your recently approved project. Its purpose is to ensure that your plans are checked in a timely manner and that the project is built according to the approved plans. We appreciate your cooperation.
