The remodeling or construction of <br />any building as permitted by this article shall conform to <br />the various conditions to use required in the R-40 District. <br /> <br /> Section 2-2.3208. Grading. <br /> <br /> The grading of land and maximum height of graded slopes <br />shall be governed by provisions of the Uniform Building Code, <br />'the provisions of Chapter 1 of this Title relating to sub- <br />divisions, and/or the provision of a comprehensive grading <br />ordinance adopted by the City Council. <br /> <br /> Section 2-2.3209. Hillside Planned Development H-P-D <br />permit. <br /> <br /> a. Purpose. The purpose of the H-P-D permit <br /> is +ko assure that the intent and purpose of the Hillside <br /> Planned Development District are effectuated. <br /> <br /> b. Definition.
