Mayor Thome reported that the city has yet to receive a response to its letter requesting that state <br /> legislators relieve local agencies of their responsibilities under the Regional Housing Needs <br /> Assessment (RHNA) or to at least extend the RHNA period by a length of time equal to the drought. He <br /> has asked the City Manager to prepare some kind of follow up to that in order to press for a response. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:47 p.m. The Council extended a <br /> tribute to our nation's men and women serving in the military.
